ISO主席曹誠煥高度肯定中國貿促會與國家標準委合作機制
5月13日，由中國貿促會主辦的2024年全球貿易投資促進峰會在北京舉行。峰會主題為“互信與合作：變局中的選擇”。中國國家副主席韓正、巴西前總統(tǒng)、新開發(fā)銀行行長羅塞夫、國際標準化組織主席（ISO）主席曹誠煥（CHO Sung Hwan）出席開幕式并致辭。來自近40個國家和地區(qū)的貿促機構和商協(xié)會代表，駐華使節(jié)、有關國際組織和經濟機構代表，中外企業(yè)代表750人線下參加峰會。
曹誠煥在致辭中，高度肯定中國貿促會與國家標準委合作機制。他指出：十四年前，國際標準化組織（ISO）和國際貿易中心 (ITC) 聯(lián)合發(fā)布了一份文件，鼓勵貿易促進機構 (TPO) 和國家標準機構 (NSB) 之間的合作。由于國際貿易的增長以及發(fā)達市場中高水平標準和技術監(jiān)管的重要性日益增加，這種合作至關重要。它可以幫助出口商符合市場要求，增強國家競爭力，并使尋求國際貿易和投資機會的各種規(guī)模的企業(yè)，包括中小企業(yè)受益。中國國際貿易促進委員會（CCPIT）兩年前與中國國家標準化管理委員會（SAC）簽署合作備忘錄就是一個顯著的例子。（Fourteen years ago, ISO and International Trade Center(ITC) jointly published a document to encourage collaboration between Trade Promotion Organizations (TPOs) and National Standards Bodies (NSBs). Such collaboration is vital due to the growth of international trade and the increasing importance of high-level standards and technical regulation in developed markets. It can help exporters to comply with market requirements and enhance national competitiveness, and benefit enterprises of all sizes, including small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), seeking international trade and investment opportunities. 據悉，為貫徹落實《國家標準化發(fā)展綱要》，2022年6月10日，中國貿促會與國家標準委簽署合作備忘錄，建立貿易投資促進機構和國務院標準化行政主管部門合作機制，標志著國際標準化組織（ISO）和國際貿易中心（ITC）所倡導的貿易促進機構與國家標準機構合作，率先在中國進入了實質性的實施階段，將為世界各國實現(xiàn)貿易促進標準先行、提升貿易投資促進機構能力建設提供更多的中國方案和中國實踐。
