ISO主席曹誠煥高度肯定中國貿(mào)促會與國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)委合作機制
5月13日，由中國貿(mào)促會主辦的2024年全球貿(mào)易投資促進峰會在北京舉行。峰會主題為“互信與合作：變局中的選擇”。中國國家副主席韓正、巴西前總統(tǒng)、新開發(fā)銀行行長羅塞夫、國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化組織主席（ISO）主席曹誠煥（CHO Sung Hwan）出席開幕式并致辭。來自近40個國家和地區(qū)的貿(mào)促機構(gòu)和商協(xié)會代表，駐華使節(jié)、有關(guān)國際組織和經(jīng)濟機構(gòu)代表，中外企業(yè)代表750人線下參加峰會。
曹誠煥在致辭中，高度肯定中國貿(mào)促會與國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)委合作機制。他指出：十四年前，國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化組織（ISO）和國際貿(mào)易中心 (ITC) 聯(lián)合發(fā)布了一份文件，鼓勵貿(mào)易促進機構(gòu) (TPO) 和國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)機構(gòu) (NSB) 之間的合作。由于國際貿(mào)易的增長以及發(fā)達(dá)市場中高水平標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和技術(shù)監(jiān)管的重要性日益增加，這種合作至關(guān)重要。它可以幫助出口商符合市場要求，增強國家競爭力，并使尋求國際貿(mào)易和投資機會的各種規(guī)模的企業(yè)，包括中小企業(yè)受益。中國國際貿(mào)易促進委員會（CCPIT）兩年前與中國國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理委員會（SAC）簽署合作備忘錄就是一個顯著的例子。（Fourteen years ago, ISO and International Trade Center(ITC) jointly published a document to encourage collaboration between Trade Promotion Organizations (TPOs) and National Standards Bodies (NSBs). Such collaboration is vital due to the growth of international trade and the increasing importance of high-level standards and technical regulation in developed markets. 據(jù)悉，為貫徹落實《國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化發(fā)展綱要》，2022年6月10日，中國貿(mào)促會與國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)委簽署合作備忘錄，建立貿(mào)易投資促進機構(gòu)和國務(wù)院標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化行政主管部門合作機制，標(biāo)志著國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化組織（ISO）和國際貿(mào)易中心（ITC）所倡導(dǎo)的貿(mào)易促進機構(gòu)與國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)機構(gòu)合作，率先在中國進入了實質(zhì)性的實施階段，將為世界各國實現(xiàn)貿(mào)易促進標(biāo)準(zhǔn)先行、提升貿(mào)易投資促進機構(gòu)能力建設(shè)提供更多的中國方案和中國實踐。
