關(guān)于征集境外展會(huì)服務(wù)供應(yīng)商的函

各有關(guān)單位:

為進(jìn)一步規(guī)范我單位采購(gòu)活動(dòng),提高境外展會(huì)服務(wù)采購(gòu)工作效率,建立、維護(hù)供應(yīng)商庫(kù),開展誠(chéng)信經(jīng)營(yíng)和履約服務(wù)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià),營(yíng)造公平、有序市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境,我單位現(xiàn)面向社會(huì)公開征集境外展會(huì)服務(wù)供應(yīng)商,歡迎符合《中華人民共和國(guó)政府采購(gòu)法》和《中華人民共和國(guó)招標(biāo)投標(biāo)法》中相關(guān)資質(zhì)條件、有意參與我單位境外展會(huì)服務(wù)采購(gòu)活動(dòng)的供應(yīng)商加入我單位供應(yīng)商信息庫(kù)?,F(xiàn)將有關(guān)事項(xiàng)公告如下:

 

一、征集范圍

凡有意參與我單位包括但不局限于境外展會(huì)搭建服務(wù)、設(shè)計(jì)服務(wù)、物流服務(wù)、國(guó)際旅行服務(wù)(含簽證服務(wù)、機(jī)票服務(wù)、地接服務(wù)等)、其他服務(wù)等采購(gòu)項(xiàng)目的境內(nèi)外合法經(jīng)營(yíng)企業(yè)均可免費(fèi)申請(qǐng)加入我單位供應(yīng)商信息庫(kù)。

 

二、供應(yīng)商資格條件

(一)具有獨(dú)立承擔(dān)民事責(zé)任的能力;

(二)具有良好的商業(yè)信譽(yù)和健全的財(cái)務(wù)會(huì)計(jì)制度;

(三)具有履行合同所必需的設(shè)備、專業(yè)技術(shù)人員和相關(guān)資質(zhì);

(四)具有國(guó)家規(guī)定的相應(yīng)類別的營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照、資質(zhì)證書、行業(yè)許可證或其他資格證明文件;

(五)法律、法規(guī)規(guī)定的其他條件。

 

三、入庫(kù)遞交材料

(一)《供應(yīng)商入庫(kù)登記表》(附件1,法定代表人簽字、加蓋單位公章)掃描件;

(二)營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照(加蓋單位公章)掃描件;

(三)《供應(yīng)商承諾書》(附件2,法定代表人簽字、加蓋單位公章)掃描件;

(四)公司法定代表人身份證復(fù)印件(加蓋單位公章)掃描件;

(五)行業(yè)許可證、行業(yè)規(guī)定的資質(zhì)證書和其他與公司經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)相關(guān)的證明材料等掃描件;

(六)其他供應(yīng)商認(rèn)為需要提交的資質(zhì)證明材料(包括經(jīng)營(yíng)范圍、規(guī)模、組織結(jié)構(gòu)、員工人數(shù)、主要業(yè)績(jī)及經(jīng)營(yíng)的主要產(chǎn)品目錄等相關(guān)情況)。

 

四、征集方式

供應(yīng)商將報(bào)名入庫(kù)遞交材料電子版已以附件形式發(fā)送至指定郵箱(郵件標(biāo)題格式為:供應(yīng)商入庫(kù)報(bào)名材料-公司名稱),上述材料經(jīng)過我單位審核通過后,即完成入庫(kù)。材料遞交指定郵箱: ccpitjjy@163.com

 

五、征集時(shí)間

本次供應(yīng)商征集時(shí)間為2024年9月27日至10月15日止。

 

六、供應(yīng)商管理

(一)我單位每年度對(duì)入庫(kù)供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行審核,審核不合格的供應(yīng)商需重新進(jìn)行資質(zhì)認(rèn)定。

(二)我單位有權(quán)對(duì)供應(yīng)商在我單位的采購(gòu)工作進(jìn)行履約評(píng)價(jià),評(píng)價(jià)不合格的供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行供應(yīng)商出庫(kù)管理。

Letter on Collecting Overseas Exhibition Service Suppliers

 

In order to further standardize the procurement activities of our organization, improve the efficiency of overseas exhibition service procurement, establish and maintain a supplier database, carry out integrity management and performance service quality evaluation, and create a fair and orderly market competition environment, our organization is now looking for proper overseas exhibition service suppliers. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

 

Ⅰ. Who are we looking for

Any enterprise which is legally operated interested in participating in our procurement projects, including but not limited to overseas exhibition construction services, design services, logistics services, international travel services (including visa services, airfare services, ground services, etc.), and other services, can apply to join our supplier information database for free.

 

Ⅱ. Supplier Qualification Conditions

a. Capable of independently assuming civil liability;

b. Having a good business reputation and a sound financial accounting system;

c. Having the necessary equipment, professional technical personnel, and relevant qualifications to fulfill the contract;

d. Business license, qualification certificate, industry license or other qualification proof documents of the corresponding category;

e. Other conditions stipulated by laws and regulations.

 

Ⅲ. Materials need to be submitted

a. Scanned copy of the Supplier Application Form (Annex 1, signed by the legal representative and stamped with the company seal);

b. Scanned copy of business license (stamped with the official seal of your company);

c. Scanned copy of the Supplier Commitment Letter (Annex 2, signed by the legal representative and stamped with the company seal);

d. Scanned copy of the ID card of the legal representative of the company (stamped with the company seal);

e. Scanned copies of industry licenses, qualification certificates required by industry regulations, and other proof materials related to the company's business activities;

f. Other materils considered necessary to be submitted  (including business scope, scale, organizational structure, number of employees, main performance, and main product catalog of operation, etc.).

 

 IV. How to apply

Please send the registration materials to the designated email address (email title format: Supplier Registration Materials - Company Name). After the above materials have been reviewed and approved by our organization, the registration is finally successful. Designated email for material submission: ccpitjjy@163.com

 

V. Application Time

The application submission period is from September 27th to October 15th, 2024.

 

Ⅵ. Supplier Management

Our organization conducts an annual audit of incoming suppliers, and suppliers who fail the audit must undergo re qualification certification.

Our organization has the right to evaluate the performance of suppliers in our procurement work, and to manage the supplier's outbound if the evaluation is not qualified.
